From an early age, I had a strong affinity for agriculture, often spending time on tractors or harvesters with my grandfather andfather. After pursuing higher education and working in the finance industry for two decades, my life took a pivotal turn with the birthof my son, Owen, in 2010. That same year, I established a hay and cattle company.

Our work on the ranch led to my role as a Professional Bull Riders (PBR) contractor. While managing cattle and bucking bulls, wewanted a unique, refreshing beverage different from light beers. This led to our first beer in 2022, "Deepwater Blonde," named afterone of our PBR bulls.

Deepwater Blonde is designed to be an everyday beer, suitable for enjoyment at any time or place. More than just a beverage,it represents the lifestyle of modern ranching, which lacks the conventional Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 work hours.Ranching today involves continuous tasks and challenges that exceed those faced by my predecessors.

My passion for brewing and sharing a cold pint of Deepwater Blonde with friends and family underscores the essence of ourLonghorn Lifestyle. Each day, as we manage our cattle and buck our bulls, this beer serves not only as a refreshment but as an embodiment of our way of life on the ranch.
